- This is the first episode where a character's head switches to another character's body.
- This is the first time Russell is seen in his Elvis outfit.
- It is implied that Russell has had a crush on Stacy for a while, as he hugged her when she accidentally took the photo with him. This was previously alluded to in "Beware the Lunchwad".
- When the school photo is shown at the end, Lance can be seen pranking Russell with the "bunny ears" gesture.
